Because of the nature of discounted airline tickets
provided by airlines via wholesalers, usually they are
very strict about refunds and cancellations, and
therefore discounted airline tickets are
non-refundable and non-exchangeble. But in some cases
there are penalties when making a change of cancelling
the reservation.

We want you to know all of the details before
purchasing your airline ticket. If others are
traveling with you, you as the credit card holder are
accepting the following responsibilities.
Refunds, cancel and change penalties are outlined
prior to your final purchase. Please note these are
minimum penalties, and do not include fare increases.
If you fail to show up for your flight, and have
not cancelled directly with the airline prior to the
flight's departure, your tickets have no value.
Airline tickets are never transferable to another
person.
The passenger is responsible for all travel
documents and information, including but not limited
to: Passports / Visas / Transit Visas / Immunizations
required and / or recommended / baggage limitations /
state department warnings.
Passenger is required to call the airline
directly for:
- Seat Assignments
- Special Meals
- Any other special requests such as wheelchair, etc.
YOU MUST reconfirm your flights directly with the
airlines at least 24 hours prior to departure AND
return. Your airline may change the time you depart,
as well as the flight number.
You may purchase (if you are not sure that you will
fly) flight cancellation and / or interruption
insurance for your tickets through independent
sources.
If the airline allows the ticket to be refunded with
or without fee, we will gladly honor your wish and
make a full refund. We value each and everyone of our customers.
